Ambassador H.E. Raj Kumar Singh convened discussions with Mission officials to deliberate on advancing the objectives of the “Seva Sankalp Resolution,” reaffirming India’s commitment to a citizen-first and service-driven approach to public engagement.

During the meeting, the Ambassador emphasized the importance of strengthening outreach initiatives and ensuring that diplomatic work remains closely aligned with the principles of service, responsiveness, and transparency. Officials reflected on ways to further enhance engagement with the Indian community and local partners through more effective and inclusive initiatives.

The Ambassador also encouraged the adoption of innovative strategies, including the optimal use of technology and digital platforms, to expand the Embassy’s outreach and improve the delivery of people-centric services.

The discussions underscored the Mission’s dedication to promoting the spirit of Seva, good governance, and citizen-focused diplomacy while continuing to strengthen India–Guatemala relations through meaningful engagement and cooperation.
