Ambassador Mariano Caucino of Argentina to India, stressing increased bilateral relations, mentioned the strong bond of friendship which has existed between both countries based on some common interests and values. The Ambassador from Argentina, in an interview on Sunday, remarked that increasing coherence in India-Argentina relations had developed in the economic field.
Some 75 years of bilateral relations were celebrated in 2024. The friendship nurtured over the years has been on common interest and common values: In other words, a friendship that is win-win for both sides. “The two nations, Argentina and India, have complementary economies, and even while we are so far and belong to different cultures, we are really building a strong relationship, which we are doing”, said Caucino.
He referred to the impending visit of the President of YPF, Argentina's largest oil and gas company, during which agreements will probably be signed with Indian companies intended to make Argentina a key energy supplier for India.
