India’s Special Secretary (ER&DPA) Addresses 1st BRICS Sherpas Meeting in Brazil
Special Secretary (ER&DPA) and India’s Alternate Sherpa for BRICS, Shri P. Kumaran, delivered a significant address at the 1st BRICS Sherpas Meeting held in Brasilia.
