Ambassador T. Armstrong Changsan met with Cuba’s Vice Minister of Agriculture,
Telce Abdel González Morera, to review ongoing cooperation in the agricultural sector
and exchange views on issues of mutual interest.
The meeting provided an opportunity to assess existing collaboration and discuss
ways to further strengthen engagement in agriculture, an area important for food
security, knowledge exchange and sustainable development.
Agricultural cooperation between countries can contribute to improved farming
practices, capacity building, technology sharing and enhanced productivity,
supporting long-term sectoral growth.
The discussions reflect continued efforts by India and Cuba to deepen bilateral
cooperation through practical partnerships and sustained engagement in key
development sectors.
