Minister of State Kirti Vardhan Singh met H.E. Mr. Saúl Pacurucu, Deputy Minister of
Human Mobility of Ecuador, on the sidelines of the 2nd International Migration Review
Forum in New York.
The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation in the areas of safe, orderly, and
regular migration, as well as enhancing mobility partnerships between the two
countries. Both sides also exchanged views on bilateral matters of mutual interest and
emphasized the importance of continued dialogue and collaboration.
The interaction reflected the shared commitment of India and Ecuador to promoting
responsible migration frameworks and deepening bilateral engagement through
constructive cooperation and people-centric policies.
